Anne Artmeier Balduzzi

As an early pioneer of the online information services industry, Ms. Balduzzi began her career in 1983, where she worked on the nationwide launch and marketing of Viewtron. Viewtron, the first online consumer information service in North America, was operated as a joint venture between AT&T and Knight-Ridder. While at Viewtron, she spoke before numerous organizations on the future of online shopping, home banking, and other services.
She later joined Quantum Computer Services (now known as America Online), where she reported to and worked with Steve Case (former Chairman of AOL Time Warner) on product development and strategic marketing. During AOL's joint venture with Apple, Ms. Balduzzi relocated to Silicon Valley, where she worked as a Product Manager for Apple directing the creation, launch, and marketing of AppleLink-Personal Edition, an online service that evolved into AOL.
From 1990 to 1996, she began marketing professional services as the Marketing Director for two corporate law firms. While there, Ms. Balduzzi was recognized for branding professional services and redefining law firm marketing.
In response to the demand for seasoned marketing professionals with technology expertise, Ms. Balduzzi established her own marketing consulting firm in 1996. Since then she has advised and assisted national and international technology companies, law firms, consulting firms, political candidates, and other businesses on how to effectively position, launch, and market their companies, products or services in an evolving information age and dynamic business climate.

Mr. Balduzzi has a blend of over 30 years of executive level sales, marketing and business development experience. His business development background spans the wireless, wire-line, network access, CATV and satellite DBS sectors.
He has served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Vivendi Universal in the ITV/CATV sector and Vice President of Carrier Sales for E.spire, a network access service provider. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Illinois Super Conductor and CSS Power and Antenna, both early stage companies in the wireless infrastructure market. He spent 10 years with Reliance Comm Tec in various sales and marketing management positions in the telecommunications industry. His career started with Sprint where he led the nation in sales of enterprise telephone systems and network solutions.
Mr. Balduzzi has a clear understanding of the market, the channels and the customer. His forte is new business development, acquisition work, channel creation, strategic partnering, and executive “C” level sales.
